Multi Tech Maximizer Deck
An incredible add-on enhancer that can substantially increase your throughput without making you alter your equipment.
The machine is designed on the ‘Cascade System’ which was designed to provide a larger screen area to already existing screening machines so that they can sieve a higher amount of material accurately and precisely.
It can be easily mounted onto your existing grading machine, just like a standard sieve deck. It can be fitted to round shaped separators, ranging from 48” to 60” diameters. Maximizer Decks are most effective when it comes to screening powdered materials whose particle size is too close to the aperture size of the mesh. An extra screen area can drastically increase your throughput and saves a lot of time.

Maximize throughput up to 50%
Mesh Deblinding Kit (MDK) is an anti-blinding ball tray arrangements which is installed underneath the sizing mesh. On that ball tray, enough elastomer or polymer balls are arranged that constantly tap the sizing screen. As the balls keep tapping the screen, all the dry screening particles that are clogged in and around the screen are released and help you increase your screening efficiency.
