Multi-Tech Sandwitch Screen

MultiTech Sandwich screens includes the working mesh on the top and support screen at the bottom of the ring with balls and sliders placed in the middle of the screens. Because of the vibration, the balls and sliders will bounce off on the support screen and continuously tap the working screen. The small size of particles or fibre clog the screen, and blind the maximum screen and minimize the screening area. Ball and sliders deblind the screen due to continuously tapping the screen. Available in all grades of stainless steel and in the range of 18” to 72” diameter screens.

Perforated Sheet

Perforated sheet is used to screen something like plastic pellets, candies or almonds and remove impurities. *The pattern of the sheet is blank at the periphery which helps to remove long shaped particles. Compared to wire mesh, using a perforated sheet is much better because it gives longer life and accurate screening. Because of its smooth surface movement of the ball tray is very easy and gives strong support to the bottom of it.

Multi Tech Mesh Deblinding Kit

It helps prevent such particle as clogging and keeps the screen clean for a longer period. An excellent anti-blinding device which primarily works on elastomeric balls that can conveniently eradicate any fine particle. Due to the vibrations of the machine, the balls start bouncing thereby preventing the clogging of screening material in and around the sieve.
